Thank you to the Team who came to our house this morning and professionally helped us de-clutter our garage and house. I had a ton of stuff from before I got married in my husband's garage, along with piles of stuff "I'll get rid of it at some point.." items. 300.00 total for the whole MC Gilla; they were out of there as quickly as they came over. They are very nice people, and two things are great about them: They are practically neighbors and US Navy Veterans, which I am too. I had a very large job emptying a house to put on the market. John answered phone immediately and was able to schedule me for the following day. He came and filled one load. He filled another two days later. Very professional he worked alone, very quickly and efficiently. He cleans up all areas worked, even the yard. His trailer is much larger than most hauling trucks so he was able to finish in two loads. I highly recommend Junk Haul Team for any hauling needs but especially for large loads. The greatest pleasure was John's reliability and punctuality. These days we are so often given "windows" for arrival only to be disappointed with no-shows. John is there when promised.

I had a cancellation for the removal of some big items that were taking up space. Luckily I found John of Junk haul team. He was on time and actually a better value then the other junk place that canceled on me. On a side note I had a sofa bed that was being picked up by another family from our home and they were struggling to get it out to their vehicle. John stopped what he was doing and helped out the family. This is amazing to me. Not only did I save money with the junk haul team but I witnessed a selfless act of humanity. I don't think the other guys would have been as kind as John. I really recommend the junk haul team for value and convenience!

I saw this truck and took a photo of phone number while I was walking my dog a month ago since I live a few blocks away. My friend has a lot of things to get rid of but on that very day, the backyard was filled with tons of old leaves, branches, and junk and she was having a meltdown so I sent her the photo of the junk truck I had seen. John called my friend back immediately and within a couple hours at the very most, the backyard was so beautiful and my friend was so happy. She was no longer steaming mad at the green recycle people who keep failing to pick up shrubbery. John is a very hard worker and even when I felt it was okay for him to leave, he insisted on getting every bit picked up. Great job and fair price as well. He is very nice. Will use him again soon!

We had a few large pieces of older furniture that we needed to get rid of, plus a random assortment of bulky items that had been building up in a pile in the outside alley for years. I took some photos and requested a few quotes on Yelp. John responded within a few minutes with a quote that seemed fair compared to the others, and they were able to come by in less than an hour which sealed the deal. When John & Joy arrived and we were reviewing the items, John noted that I forgot to include one of the couches in the pictures I took. I was surprised, but sure enough he was absolutely right. We bumped up the quote accordingly and they got to work. Before we knew it, all our stuff was loaded up and I was able to pay via Venmo. Everything went great and John & Joy were super friendly. We will definitely be using them again!

My girlfriend and I had an old mattress that we needed to recycle/dispose of and we found out our old contractor had relocated so we reached out to a several different contractors and John the Junk Haul team hands down gave us the best value and service! When we moved last year we knew some of the contractors had extremely high prices and we didn't know if we could trust them so we were very lucky to find our previous contractor and we worried to go through the same process but now we are very grateful to have found Junk Haul Team! Some contractors were charging us double to triple the amount of Junk Haul with a laundry list of reasons why - vehicle useage, transportation, gas, disposal fees, and some of the worst ones just sounded like inflated bs. Not Junk Haul Team though, I uploaded a photo for my quote and they responded quickly, kindly and honestly. John was very communicative throughout the whole process and made the transaction very easy from booking, to pick up to payment. I googled junk removal and several options popped up--of course. However, when I saw the Junk Haul Team was Veteran owned, I knew I wanted to contact them first. John was very nice and polite on the phone. Gave me the price to remove a stackable washer and dryer and we set the pick up date. I liked the connection and I try to support Vet ownded businesses when possible. My dad is a Korean War Vet and for obvious reasons, anything related is close to my heart.
